Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

• Upload or process content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence, hate, or illegal goods and services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and networks;
• Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls, or share credentials to exceed plan entitlements;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its output in a manner that competes with us or violates these rules;
• Use the Service to generate content that is intentionally misleading, spammy, or designed to manipulate search engines in violation of their guidelines.

3. Fair Use & System Integrity

Automated access must respect documented rate limits. We may throttle, queue, or limit activity that threatens the stability or security of the Service or other customers’ use of it.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other appropriate action, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical, we will provide notice, but we may act immediately to protect the Service or third parties.
