Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment for a given plan.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@imageseosystem.com from the address associated with your account, within the 14-day window, and include your account email. No specific reason is required, though feedback is always welcome.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription renewal charges (after your first billing cycle) are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day guarantee window has passed.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of apparent abuse of this policy or violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
